I have tested the updated codes. it is much better now. Thanks a lot.
 
However, it still has some memory leaks when i try to read some DICOM Files.
I got some memory leaks like (fffe|e000) (fffe|e0dd). I guess maybe some
memory leaks with reading these tags.
