Just for fun :

Après 15 jours de recherches, et avec l'aide déterminante de 
Jean-Michel Rouet, de Philips, nous avons fini par localiser le 'bon' 
interlocuteur, chez Philips, au sujet de pb des images MR intera 
NTSCAN.
Le bon interlocuteur, c'est en fait celui qui connait le numéro du 
formulaire à remplir pour faire un bug report.
