[Dcmlib] Private Sequence vs 'Shadow Dictionary'

Wow ! What is that:

  V 0000|0000 lg :       x(0) 0        Off.:    x(278a) 10122   [UL] 
                                                    [Group Length] []

I thought 0000,0000 was reserved...

The well know big/little endian sequence :)

Ok I'll quit looking for them, but this is great that gdcm can read 
those images without prior knowledge of the dictionary
