There was some recent change in gdcm API (for a change). And it seems 
doc is not in sync anymore:

$ grep -r NO_SHADOWSEQ *

it should be LD_NOSHADOWSEQ right ?

Also a minor thing too:
  Allow parsing the Shadow groups against a user supplied private Dicom 
Dictionary (pfff!...)

I have added a couple of private dictionary (although not perfect, cf 
temp SQ for Siemens) it seems to be working nicely.
