Je le connaissais de nom ...
... mais comme *aucune*  des images  auxquelles j'ai eu accès depuis 
1992 (ni naturellement aucune des 150 images de gdcmData) ne comportait 
cet élément, je l'avais rangé dans la catégories des Légendes Urbaines 
et n'avais même pas programmé sa recherche ...

Je peux le rajouter dans l'heuristique de GetPixelSpacing, en suyivant 
la recommandation de Davie Clunnie :
d'abord Imager pixel spacing
puis Image Spacing.
