--> DICOM will probabely give up 'Big Endian', in next release (or the 
following).
I think gdcm should anticipate, and prodice *only* Little Endian.

--> We should produce only Explicit VR, since we may loose information 
if we re write an image that was Explicit VR in Implicit VR (private 
elements types, for instance).
