A lot of programs in 'Testing' directory are only meaningfull with some 
particular Data.
They are not intended to be executed automatically.

Some of them exist, both in 'Testing' and in 'Example'.
e.g. :  PrinFile.
The one in Testing is used to verify that print mecanism stiil work.
The one in Example provides user the ability to set a lot of parameters, 
dependong on waht he wants to do.

Probabelly, we shoud add some more 'Testing' program (e.g. exReadPapyrus)
Or add an other Testing directory (Let's call it 'HardTesting'), that 
would need a 'HardGdcmData', too  :-(
