[Dcmlib] TestDataEntry failing on 64bits machine

It is failing for the UL on 64bits machine. My guess is we are using 
`unsigned long` instead of the recommended uint32_t somewhere in the code...

Some stupid implementation (like G5 still have unsigned long on 32bits...)
