[Dcmlib] Next missing feature to add : a User Guide

Hi !
The Doxygen generated web pages can be considered as a 'Reference Manual' .
Absolutely *all* the Classes,  Atributes, Methods, Parameters ...  are 
described (hope so ...)
If user knows what he is looking for, he will find it.

Bad luck for him if he doesn't !
(Sometimes, programs held in 'Examples' directory areno enought ...)

I'm gonna write the User Guide, I'll commit the stuff every evening; all 
comments, remarks, suggestions, will be welcome.
