[Dcmlib] My first JPEG LL / J2k images

Ok I don't understand why vtkgdcmViewer is only showing up the first 
frame only...
Otherwise: TomoVision is crashing on the j2k image (they use JasPer 
which is known to break on j2k lossless anyway). The thing that I don't 
understand is that dcmtk completely fails to parse the j2k images.

Someone to confirm that those images are somewhat DICOM ?
