[Dcmlib] Installing gdcmPython

Hello,
I have been trying to install the gdcmPython libraries using the 
instructions here <http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/Public/Gdcm/>. I am 
using a Windows XP system with Cygwin. I have installed SWIG 1.3.29-2, 
cmake 2.4.6 and am using Python 2.5.1. When I attempt to generate the 
makefiles using cmake, there are numerous errors at the very end of the 
generation process. (cmake even reports the progress as 100%). This is 
the following output
