Hi David,

  Thanks a lot for sending back some feedback on GDCM2 !
  You are not sending a lot of details on the compilation errors, but
I suspect the issue is that you are building in shared libs (which I
haven't tested so far). Could you please change the value of
GDCM_BUILD_SHARED_LIBS to OFF for now.
