[Dcmlib] question about Spacing tags

Hi, Sergio

I think you were reading the documentation of 'gdcm1', an old and 
obsolet version of gdcm.
(GDCM_NAME_SPACE doesn't exist any longer in gdcm2)

I forward your message to gdcm2 developpers.
