[Rtk-users] Python bindings for RTK

Hello rtk-users,

The complexity of C++ significantly raises the barrier to entry for those
that would like to experiment with the reconstruction algorithms of RTK.
Does RTK have (or plan to have) python bindings available? (something like
SimpleITK) With the 1.0 release out (congrats!), maybe this is the right
time to look at this?

If someone were to get the effort started with a build framework and
wrapping a couple filters as examples, I'd be willing to help out with some
of the wrapping work.
