[Rtk-users] Insert dcm projection

Hi,
I'm afraid you will have to figure it out yourself... If you follow the
ImagX / IBA example, all the references to "DCMImagXImageIO" in
rtk::ProjectionsReader refer to the files rtkDCMImagXImageIO* that read in
DICOM projections in the IBA format. You can use that example to create a
new DICOM reader for your file format.
