[Rtk-users] Use RTK library for fan beam CT

Hi,
RTK only works in 3D. Still, you can describe this in 3D. You must set
RadiusCylindricalDetector. See the geometry doc here
<http://www.openrtk.org/Doxygen/DocGeo3D.html>. Note that only iterative
reconstruction currently works with this geometry.
