[Rtk-users] Water Precorrection - phantom

Dear RTK users and devs,

I am planning to purchase or build a cylindrical shaped water phantom to be
exploited to fit the WPC coefficients.
Since the phantom may be later used in QA, I'd prefer the first option.
Have you got some suggestions?
