[Rtk-users] failed to run first example

You can specify all output types that can handle 3D float images (mha nii
tif etc.). You should find more information on the ITK software guide:

RTK uses the same I/O as ITK except for a few more factories to read
projections images (search for Factory in
https://github.com/RTKConsortium/RTK/tree/master/include).
