Hi,
If you calibrate correctly your acquired data, the reconstructed values are
attenuation. To convert to HU, you need to find the attenuation of water
and air and do the conversion yourself. You can check Wikipedia's
explanation on HU <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hounsfield_scale> for more
information.
