We target the development of 3D image processing methods for diagnostic and quantitative medical imaging, mainly in regards to research actions detailed below.

Applications are driven by clinical needs and medical topics. The following chart illustrates the origin of the images and the main applications we are involved in.

Software

• We develop a Virtual Imaging Platform for image and cancer therapy simulation, in partnership with team 3 (ultrasound imaging), team 7 (tomographic imaging and therapy with radiation), university of Nice-Sophia-Antipolis, INRIA Rennes, CEA-Leti and Maat-France. Try it here.
