Theralys
Theralys (company of technological service in the field of the medical imaging of Lyon) was created in October 2001 and sold to Bio-Imaging in February 2007. Theralys is originally a technological service company in the field of the medical imaging intended for clinical studies, in particular for the central nervous system and the cardiovascular domain.
Its objective is to improve and to accelerate the procedures of launch on the market of new pharmaceutical products. The team of management of Theralys consisted of Chahin Pachai, engineer LYON INSA, CEO and having acquired an experience about medical imaging in CREATIS research laboratory (LYON INSA), as well as Fabrice Vincent (École Centrale (French engineering school) of Paris) and Emmanuel Olart (LYON INSA).
Today, Bio-Imaging Technologies and Phoenix Data systems joined their strengths to give birth to BioClinica.

CIRMA Center of Imaging by Raisonance Magnetique
Cirma is a SARL (LIMITED COMPANY) which has for business purpose the valuation of new instrumental and methodological devices to use the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) as tool of diagnosis in the animal pathologies. CIRMA is hosted at the Veterinary National School of Lyon and is supported by CREATIS research laboratory. Marie-José Seurin, former research engineer of CREATIS, is today the Chief Executive Officer of CIRMA.
