Interested in :
- Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT). Work mainly on Deformable Image Registration (DIR), spatio-temporal image analysis.
- Monte-Carlo simulations of radiation therapy treatments, both with conventional photon devices and with hadrontherapy.

- VV: an image viewer, specialized to 3D and 4D CT images and image registration evaluation.
- GATE: a Monte-Carlo simulation software simulations of preclinical and clinical Scans in emission tomography, transmission tomography and Radiation Therapy (RT). I am the initiator the extension of Gate to the RT domain.
