Downloading

You can freely download the whole project (coded in Matlab) by clicking on the link bellow. The project corresponds to a set of .m files which allows you to get access to the source code. Please not that we have tested the following interface using Matlab 6 and 7 under both windows and linux (ubuntu distribution) systems.

Installation

The tar-file should be downloaded to the directory, that must hold the files. The file is then extracted by writing:

gzip -d "name_of_tar_file".tar.gz
tar -xvf "name_of_tar_file".tar

to uncompress and extract the files. The tar-file can then be deleted.
The files can also be opened using programs like 7-zip (www.7-zip.org).

The CREASEG software can now be run from this directory by launching the file called: creaseg.m
