Since February 2011, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility. I work in the team of Françoise Peyrin from Creatis. My current research is driven by the questions raised from the study of osteocyte cellular networks in high resolution bone CT images.

My main research interests include: image registration, segmentation and machine learning in medical applications.
