Left Ventricle Segmentation Evaluation Platform

Evaluation platform article
Welcome to the website of the Left Ventricle Segmentation Evaluation Platform. The objective of this framework is to demonstrate the feasibility of dedicated algorithms for (semi-)automatic segmentation of left ventricle in 3D echocardiography in comparison with manual contours drawn by expert cardiologists.

If you want to use the framework, you can register a team, download training and testing data and submit the results of your own algorithms through a dedicated website platform, provided you adhere to and agree with the rules. More information is available in the about section.

We are looking forward to numerous active participations. The CETUS Challenge workshop organizers,

O. Bernard, Creatis laboratory, University of Lyon (France)
J.G. Bosch, Erasmus University, Rotterdam (the Netherlands)
J. D'hooge, MIRC laboratory, KU-Leuven (Belgium)
