[Dcmlib] Python wrapping

Yo,

    Je suis en train de regarder pourquoi le test suivant plante:

    Comme je comprends pas ce qui va pas, j'ai uploader gdcm_wrap.cxx et 
gdcm.py ici:

     Quelqu'un peut faire un diff sur ces fichiers par rapport a ce que 
ca devrait etre ?
