Hi Greg,
The applications were originally written in C++. We are actively converting
our C++ applications to Python but this one has not been translated yet:
https://github.com/RTKConsortium/RTK/issues/639
So you either need to compile the C++ applications or wait a bit and we'll
translate it. Axel (cc) can have a look in the coming days... and you can
then install the wheel generated by the CI for testing.
