[Vv] building application out of source tree

Hello,
I've somewhat done it from inside elastix, when I included the BLUT 
transform/interpolator in it. But then I added to elastix's 
CMakeLists.txt a variable for clitk's source path. I'd have to check and 
remember how I did it exactly, but it worked smoothly...
In any case, Simon's solution is cleaner, I think.
