[Vv] lack of .h files when compiling vv with clitk tools

Hi,

*_ggo.h files are generated during compilation by gengetopt
(https://www.gnu.org/software/gengetopt/gengetopt.html) and they are in
<build folder>/tools/
But in you case, I don't understand why they are not created because
even if you don't installed gengetopt on you computer, it is
automatically installed from source.
Moreover, if I remember well, some of these files are created when you
just compiled vv, and I don't think this part change from the previous
stable version.

Have you got more precisions in regards to these remarks ?
