Ultrasound imaging

Ultrasound allows non-invasive 2D and 3D imaging of biological structures in real time. In addition to focused ultrasound imaging, we can set up other imaging modes on our ultrasound scanners such as ultra-fast plane wave ultrasound or synthetic aperture imaging.

We have seven ultrasound scanners dedicated to research in ultrasound imaging. The manufacturer's libraries allow us to access all the stages of emission and acquisition of ultrasound signals (RF signal, Pre-scan and Post-scan).
We have an ultrasonic measurement bench with 3 translation axes + 2 rotation axes associated with an acquisition system and a hydrophone to characterize the probes.
A whole range of phantoms is available for the simulation of biological environments and for metrology.
