This web site gives a detailed description of the project realized in collaboration among the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), CREATIS research laboratory, and the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) - Lyon, France. An introduction to the technologies and the tools used in the laboratory was realized in Colombia in 2009. Following the agreement between  Uniandes and INSA-CREATIS, the final project of undergraduate studies was designed and implemented in order to obtain the degree of Bachelor in Computing Systems Engineering in Uniandes. Principally, it consists of a contribution to the software tools developed in the laboratory to help the taks of medical doctors, researchers, and students. This project began in January and it finishes in July, 2010.
