• Les images This zip archive includes 2 CT images (resampled to 2x2x2mm voxel size) and several ROI as binary images. One image is two files: .mhd and .raw. Both are needed.

TP:

• Récupérer les images
• Afficher les images dans notebook avec un slider (plt.imshow)
• Afficher en overlay les ROIs (cf tutorial 10)
• Récupérer pour une ROI, les statistiques suivantes: nombre de voxels, volumes (en cc), HU moyen, HU min, HU max, HU std (sitk LabelStatisticsImageFilter)
• Faire un tableau avec ces informations pour toutes les ROI et toutes les images
