[Dcmlib] link error

hi,
   I downloaded the cvs gdcm stuff and 
tried to build them,but failed in the
vtkgdcmviewer project.Here is the
errors:

I think I have correctly set the gdcm.dll and vtkgdcm.dll ,but ....
