[Dcmlib] borland compilation problems

after my pathes they could be compiled... ( i have both versions dll's ), but

i use personal version, i don't have license...
i want to have windows version to use with my compiled with mingw application, 
so i try to compile it with borland...
I have only some 0.6 version that i managed to crosscompile on linux long time 
ago, but there are some memory leaks so i want to try some newer version.
