C'est le gag avec les premieres images ACR-NEMA couleur :
BitsAllocated=24 (au lieu de 8) et pas de SamplesPerPixel (devrait etre a 3)
On a oublie de tester ca, et, surtout de le signaler dans la liste 
des chiures de mouches qui restent.

Les autres images 'ACR-NEMA', reecrites en DICOM petent surement 
dicom3tools, car il manque un test pour verifier que le groupe 0002 
possède tous les elements obligatoire (ca, on l'a signale ... Yapluka 
...)
