As usual, from old sources from NIH.
The 'group names' were defined in ACR-NEMA norm.
Probabely some people tried to 'propagate' them in teir own DICOM directory
(I did, at LibIDO time, we did, at gdcm  time. Maybe gdcm2 time is a 
good time to give up ...)
