[Dcmlib] Dicom problem : convert multi frames tiff angiogram files to Dicom XA files

ITK has a tiff reader, and a Dicom writer...

Or, easier (if you just want to convert images) have a look a 
ImageMagick (it reads and convert a lot of stuff, but I'm not absolutely 
sure it deals with multi frames tiff angiogram files)
