[Dcmlib] Known bug on MakeDicomDir : hangs on 'non Image Dicom Files'

Just to keep a track in the ML :

When the 'root directory' contains, at any level, 'non Image Dicom 
Files' (e.g. : [SOP Class UID] [1.2.840.10008.3.1.2.3.1 ]  ==>   
[Detached Study Management SOP Class], or  [Study Component Management 
SOP Class], or [Detached Patient Management SOP Class], or [Detached 
Visit Management SOP Class], or what the hell you want)
it hangs.

I'm fixing it.
