Updates:
hello folks. I've got good news.
I tried VTK latest cvs with gdcm latest cvs.
And they compile successfully with BSD2006 SP2, except the following files
where due of some missing includes.
(Also with TESTING=ON)
Just add them and that's it!

I think Kitware should be more clear on VTK5.x branches and their
deployment.
