Ok I am pretty happy with the format now so I moved it in the main tree:

The xsl file are here:

This one transform the XML format into a GDCM1-like text based dict:
http://gdcm.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/gdcm/Source/DataDictionary/gdcm1.xml

This one is meant for your web browser to generate HTML:
http://gdcm.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/gdcm/Source/DataDictionary/gdcm2html.xml

And the brand new one is for pdf lover. Using fop (apache) you can
transform the xml into pdf:
http://gdcm.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/gdcm/Source/DataDictionary/gdcm2pdf.xml
