[Dcmlib] creating dicom directory tree

Do you mean that you have a single directory, holding a huge number of 
images,
and you want to move the images into your own directory tree, without 
any modification of the images?
I this is want you want to do, I can send you a piece of code that does 
the job.
(I though it was already in gdcm/Examples, but it's not)
