[Dcmlib] python 2.5 : .pyd extension

Hi Paulo,

  I am sorry I really have no idea what is going wrong. You need to
run python within your debugger to understand what is wrong. The image
you send me is pretty straightfoward so I dont understand why the
python+vtk is failing :(
