[Rtk-users] Using FDK algorithm in RTK reconstruction package to reconstruct CBCT

Please stick to the mailing list. On the command line, the size of the
reconstructed volume is set with the --dimension option, e.g. --dimension
256,256,256 for a 256 cube. Use rtkfdk --help to check available options.
