[Rtk-users] Reconstruction of CBCT using FDK algorithm

Hello,
 In the image reconstructed using the FDK algorithm of the RTK package, the cross-sectional and coronal images were rotated counterclockwise by 90 degrees, as shown in the following figure.
May I know how to modify the command line to reconstruct the image in the normal direction? Looking forward to your reply, thank you!
