Databases

General description

The training database is composed of 15 patients as follows:

• 5 healthy patients;
• 5 patients with previous myocardial infarction;
• 5 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.

For all these data, the corresponding manual meshes created by three expert cardiologists are also provided to the participants.

Availability

This first database will be availiable to the participants from the begining (1st of March 2014) to the end of the challenge (14th of September 2014). The corresponding data as long as the manual meshes could be accessed by the participants from the dedicated MIDAS website.
