Well ...
I meant that we shouldn't get here ;-)
TestAllReadCompareDicom parses twice a gdcm::Document (not very fair, imo)
The 2-d time, *all* the Entries are found duplicated.
Now Document::Load() clears out all the entries if a Document was 
already parsed, to avoid further problem.
I detailled the warning message, and display the duplicate entry tags, 
if any.
