Both (0010,0010) Patient Name and (0010,0020) Patient ID are Type 2
attributes of the Patient Module (mandatory in all the image IODs and
almost all the non-image IODs). This means that Patient Name and
Patient ID must be present, and normally they should not be empty, but
it is allowed to leave them empty if for some reason they are not
known (like for emergency imaging, for example).

Je croyais que c'etait pas defini les DICOM field requis ? On dirait que 
la norme definis ca qd meme, non ? Est-ce que quelqu'un a deja vu ce que 
champ 'Type' qui qd il vaut 2 indique que le champ est obligatoire ?
