[Dcmlib] DICOM Programming

Hi Jochen,
Welcome in the nightmarish Dicom world!

Even if you don't use finally GDCM, please send us a copy of your questions.
Maybe they will help us to add some features in our library,
and the Dicom world will result friendlier to every body.
