How the challenge will be run ?

MYOSAIQ is a segmentation challenge whose main tasks are described here.

The different datasets can be accessed by following the instructions given here.

Results and ranking will be automatically computed through an online evaluation platform.

Participants with interesting results may be invited to present their work on the day of the workshop on 19 June.

The MYOSAIQ workshop will take place on 19 June. During this workshop, the best performing methods will be highlighted. The results obtained from the testing dataset and the final ranking will also be presented.

Anyone wishing to attend the workshop must register for the event using the following procedure.

Teams submitting their results to the challenge will be invited to participate in writing a journal paper summarizing the outcome of the challenge.

The challenge prize

The winner of the challenge will receive a prize of 400 euros from OLEA medical.
