Optics

PILoT engineers are at your disposal to design measurement benches to meet your needs. Our equipment enables us to carry out a wide range of measurements, such as spectroscopy, recording of fast phenomena, micrometric confocal microscopy, light source calibration, etc.

 
We have several spectrometers with wavelength ranges from near-ultraviolet to near-infrared. This enables us to identify the spectral signatures of fluorophores such as protoporphyrin, a marker for tumoral glial cells.
 
Our hyperspectral cameras enable us to make acquisitions combining high spatial and spectral resolution.
 
We use a Cellvizio endomicrosope (Mauna Kea Technologies). This imaging technology is based on confocal microscopy using a 488 nm excitation laser and an injectable contrast agent. This equipment is equipped with various mini-probes (dedicated fiber optic bundles) enabling real-time in vivo visualization of internal tissue microstructures at micrometric resolutions.
